Fresh Mozzarella Saturday

House-stretched mozzarella is back!Fresh mozzarella is back after a brief break last week! We only stretch mozzarella in the summer, at the height of tomato season so come get some while it lasts! We start at noon and there’s often a line so come early to make sure you claim some. It’s generally sold out by the end of the day.
Did you know fresh mozzarella doesn’t have to be refrigerated as long as it’s consumed within four hours? That means you can eat it while it’s still delicate and at room temperature; a truly traditional Italian wouldn’t consider eating fresh mozzarella that had been refrigerated!
