House-stretched mozzarella is back again this week!
We are only stretching mozzarella in the summer and early fall, so come get some while it lasts!
We will start at noon this Saturday the 10th, and there’s often a line so come early to make sure you claim some. FYI, the fresh cheese moves fast and we’re generally sold out by the end of the day.
Also, did you know fresh mozzarella doesn’t have to be refrigerated as long as it’s consumed within four hours? That means you can eat it while it’s still delicate and at room temperature; a truly traditional Italian wouldn’t consider eating fresh mozzarella that had been refrigerated.
